Victor Chiruta has over ten years experience working in the health industry. He is a major in nutrition and exercise for health science, currently organising a research proposal for an Honours project in biomedical research. Victor has a rich passion for biochemistry and medicinal chemistry, studying these subjects with the prestigious Harvard University and Davidson College. Victor has a particular interest in the pharmacology of plant compounds and their potential pharmacotherapeutic outcomes. He specialises in anabolic phytosteroids and cannabinoid plant compounds. Victor is an accredited interprener (cannabis terpene sommelier) and has completed cannabis consulting training. Victor is a registered international naturopath, homeopath, a member of the Complimentary Medical Association, the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, and the International Alliance of Natural Therapists.

Victor is the driving force behind the research and development of nueffect. He is registered with the National Industrial Chemicals and Notification Scheme (NICNAS) as a business administrator and with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as an administrator.

Outside of nueffect, he is a key proponent in the legalisation of regulatory approved psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Victor also runs a private naturopath clinic, manufactures health food and supplements, and deals in the distribution of herbal extracts.

His advice and research truly reflect the passion he dedicates to deepening and expanding his knowledge and skills in many key areas of health and well-being. It is his progressive and innovative capacity to work with often uncommon and overlooked ingredients and methods that really give Victor the extra edge. Whilst it may be an overused cliché, as a client, you can tell that he really does care.

Paulina Zemla,

Paulina Zemla is a health science graduate, majoring in herbal medicine and nutrition. She has over eight years experience in the health industry, working as a naturopath, in health food stores, as a special needs educator for children with autism, and operating in the disability sector. She is currently forgoing her passion of working with children on the spectrum as a candidate for her Masters of Autism.

Paulina is both a member of and accredited as a health practitioner with the Australian Natural Therapists Association. She has further become certified with the Australian National Register of Accredited Natural Therapists and is registered with the Complementary Medicine Practitioner Associations Council. Paulina’s specialised knowledge and expertise of bioactive ingredients, human health, and disease conditions has enabled her acknowledgment by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) to objectively assess therapeutic promotional information and be awarded a Therapeutic Goods Advertising Exemption Certificate.

Paulina is an integral part of our team for testing the efficacy of our products during research and development, further providing health advice for marketing. Having a specialised interest in children’s health, Paulina has integrated her expertise knowledge to formulate our children’s range.

Paulina’s paradigm towards health is for individuals to have enough knowledge to empower themselves to make positive transformations in their own lives.

Rejoice Masoe,

Rejoice Masoe has over seven years experience working in the disability industry, qualified and accredited in the sector. Rejoice integrated nueffect into the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). She organises for nueffect to appear at disability expositions and liaises with support coordinators. Rejoice is currently furthering her career in case management, she is a valuable member of our team and a model for client rapport.

Rejoice’s paradigm is to enhance her existing knowledge in direct service work and client support. She strives so that she can make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

Lachlan is an accredited Food Safety Supervisor by the NSW Food Authority. He overseas the manufacture and distribution of nueffect’s medical foods. Having further certification in food handling, his quality control is of the highest standard. Lachlan has been working within several different industries over the the last nine years. He decided to take his experience and apply it in the manufacturing sector. He began sales consulting for StaySterile, a hospital equipment manufacturing and distribution company. Here he met Robert, our Chief Operations Officer. Lachlan has grown inside the company as an integral cog in the system.

In his off time, Lachlan listens to audiobooks from businessman such as Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, and Brian Tracy. He enjoys watching shows like Dragons Den and Shark Tank for the interest and curiosity of the business models developed by rising entrepreneurs.

Lachlan’s work mantra is that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. This influences his constant drive to further his career and expertise. He believes in venturing out to different areas of industries, wanting to develop his experience and abilities.
